Teen Expedition Camp: Pack and Paddle
Entering grades 9-11 (capacity: 10 campers)

These one week expeditions are designed for teens looking for adventure and an opportunity to be a leader in the great outdoors. The expedition begins with a day on the Camp Collins challenge course building a solid travel team and taking individual skills to new heights. This group of teens will depart camp on Monday and enjoy two days paddling a kayak in the scenic Puget Sound then will hop out to backpack for three days through the Olympic National Forest. Campers will have the ability to practice their leadership skills while receiving an introduction to sea kayak techniques, topographic map reading, orienteering, wilderness first aid skills, outdoor living, backpacking safety and Leave No Trace camping.
